Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Product or service is materially different from its description.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
- Services that were not delivered as described or were cancelled by StyFly.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly promised at the time of purchase: digital downloads that have been accessed, custom or made-to-order products once production has started, and fees for services that have been fully performed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@styfly.in and provide your order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Allow our team up to 5 business days to review your request.
Processing Time
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
